Ugly Sweater Ball

It’s been an astonishing 2018 for the Minority Veterans of America. From presenting at SVA’s NatCon in January to hosting our first national service project for Earth Day in April to Minority Veterans of America Day in the City of Seattle in September, we’ve been celebrating little and big victories all year.

In order to support our efforts to build new programs for 2019, we are hosting our inaugural fundraising event. In true veteran fashion, it’s a ball…with a twist.

The Minority Veterans of America present the Winter event of 2018

This event is open to all, veterans and non-veterans. Funds raised will be used to support program expenses, travel to facilitate inclusion workshops and trainings on minority and underrepresented veterans, and to bring folks together under the banner of the outdoors. All of this, and more, will be coming from MVA in 2019.

Every bit, big or small, helps us toward our mission of supporting minority and underrepresented veterans in our local communities.

If you are a member of the community but cannot afford a ticket to the event, we will have volunteer tickets available soon with opportunities for all skillsets and ability levels.

MVA is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. Tax ID # is 82-3767850.
