A community of support for minority veterans and their families
Transitioning to civilian life after military service can be extremely difficult, especially for veterans who hold minority identities. The Minority Vets People to People (P2P) Program is a community of support for minority veterans and their families to find a sense of belonging and to address their critical needs through case management. P2P's key focus areas are Social Engagement, Financial Stability, and Systems Access.
Minority Vets works in collaboration with community based and veteran serving organizations throughout King County, WA and across the United States to provide tailored services and interventions to our members and constituents. We are funded by the King County Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy and participate in King County's Pathfinders program to create coordinated referrals to partner organizations for members in need of crisis intervention or additional support.
Are you in need of support from the People to People team? Please complete this contact request and a member of the P2P team will contact you within 3 business days to setup an intake to better understand your unique needs.
