Our Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) invests in developing the next generation of minority veteran leaders as they continue to make an impact in their local communities.

ELP offers:

Annual Virtual Retreat: A three-day event during which attendees will gather virtually to discuss personal and professional development, organizing, and leadership growth.

Quarterly Firesides: Leaders meet quarterly to participate in trainings and engage in small and large group discussions on important topics and themes.

Mentorship & Community: The program offers coffee hours and personal, professional, and peer mentorship pairing to empower growth and development.

Emerging Leaders Program Alumni: Graduates of the Emerging Leaders Program are eligible to attend our biennial ELP Alumni Intensive Retreat (ELP AIR).
